Full-Service Planning: Contact for Quote
From vision to execution, we’ll guide you every step of the way, ensuring your day is flawlessly planned and stress-free. Typically, we price full-service planning as a percentage of your total wedding budget.Partial Planning: $1,500 – $5,000
For couples who have already started their planning, but need help finishing up and coordinating the details.Day-of Coordination: $1,000– $1,600
We’ll step in during the final weeks and take over coordination on your wedding day, creating timelines, communicating with vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from rehearsal to reception. (see below more details about this service)Ceremony & Decorating: $600 - $800
We can cover the step-up and tear down of your decor and coordinate your ceremony. Great for budget brides who still want the aesthetic to be executed and the ceremony to go seamlessly.
Ceremony-Only Coordination: $300 – $500
We will help you plan the ceremony, lead your rehearsal, and coordinate the ceremony on the big day so your ‘I do’s’ go perfectly.Decorating-Only Coordination: $300 - $800
Are aesthetics the most important part of your day and you want a trusted professional to handle the decor to finest detail? This is your deal. We have 10 years of experience decorating for weddings, bridal showers and bachelorette parties. Together we will come up with a plan and we will execute your vision on the special day. Then at the end of the night we will pack it all up and deliver your decor items back home if needed.Timeline and Day-of Planning: $50 per hour
Weddings can go over budget quickly, so we have created a SUPER budget friendly option for you. Meet up with our pro-planner to create your day-of timeline and train a family member or friend to be a “honorary wedding coordinator”. It won’t be the same as having our team execute your dream but we feel very passionately about you getting the support you need on your special day.
Prices may vary depending on your location, guest count, holidays and special requests.
We serve the Milwaukee, Madison and Lake Country Oconomowoc Area. Locations more than 1 hour out of hour radius may be subject to a additional fee for hotel accommodation .
Holiday fees are generally 25% of total cost.

What does a Day-Of Coordinator Do?
Having a Day-Of Coordinator can take the pressure off. Your bride and groom can absorb and enjoy the day, the parents can sit back and relax and your vendors will have a organized leader so they can focus on the tasks they were hired for. This is our #1 most booked service, read below for what’s including in our full package starting at $1,000 for the 2026 season.
Pre-Event Preparation: 2-3 hour meeting one month prior to wedding.
Craft a final detailed day-of timeline.
Review vendor contracts and event details
Confirm arrival times, responsibilities, and contact information for all vendors
Distribute the timeline to key vendors and any family/friends that may help.
Serve as the primary point of contact starting with the rehearsal unless otherwise specified.
Conduct a final walkthrough of the wedding day with the client and photographer (1 week prior to wedding)
Coordinate the Ceremony Rehearsal day before wedding (run through where people should stand, when/how to enter and exit, and review the responsibilities of key players)
Vendor & Logistics Management
Oversee vendor arrivals, setup, and breakdown according to the timeline
Ensure vendors are set up in correct locations and have what they need
Handle vendor questions and troubleshooting on the event day
Coordinate deliveries (rentals, décor, florals, catering, etc.)
Ensure venue rules and deadlines are followed
Event Setup & Styling
Supervise setup of ceremony and/or event spaces (full set-up/decorating is an extra fee for hiring additional help)
Assist with placement of décor items (place cards, signage, favors, guest book, etc.)
Ensure the event design aligns with the client’s vision
Handle minor last-minute adjustments or styling fixes
Timeline & Flow Management
Keep the event running on schedule from start to finish
Cue ceremony processional, entrances, speeches, special moments, etc.
Coordinate transitions between event segments (ceremony to reception, dinner to dancing, etc.)
Communicate timing updates to vendors and key participants
Client & Guest Support
Act as the main point of contact for the client, wedding party, or event host
Provide calm problem-solving for unexpected issues
Assist guests with questions or special needs
Manage personal items (cards, gifts, keepsakes) as directed
Problem Solving & Emergency Management
Handle last-minute changes discreetly and efficiently
Troubleshoot weather issues, vendor delays, or timeline shifts
Manage minor emergencies without involving the client unless necessary
First aid/CPR certified if there is a medical emergency
Breakdown & Wrap-Up
Oversee event breakdown and vendor load-out
